Product Description

The offered Cosmo Advance Wall Primer is designed to be used as a base coat on cement surfaces, such as concrete walls or floors. It is applied before the final coat of paint or finish to provide a smooth & even surface for the topcoat to adhere to. It is formulated with special binders & pigments that are designed to penetrate the porous surface of cement & provide a strong base for subsequent coats of paint. Cosmo Advance Wall Primer also helps to seal the surface, preventing moisture & other contaminants from penetrating the surface and causing damage.
